Last year’s heralded rookie group, B.A.P., is back with “One Shot.” The song features everything you expect from a B.A.P. track: a strong concept, a more “rock” style, rather than pop, and rapping. It’s a solid hip-hop effort, and shows that this sophomore effort from B.A.P. won’t falter. Still, there are slight problems. I’m not the biggest fan of the English rap; it’s like a deeper, more unrefined version of T.O.P., which can be rather annoying, and unintelligible. Also, the accompanying music video has a mind-boggling ending. It does feature B.A.P.’s solid dancing skills, but also includes snippets of other songs in the same MV. It’s not necessarily annoying, but I’m watching the video for the purpose of one song, not multiple.
